Mustro is a British clothing company who are leaders of sailing gear. They go back to the 1960s when an olympic yachtsman started a small business in Essex. His main goal was to make clothing that could keep those out on the sea, warm, comfortable and dry. He set high standards that would keep these clothing articles waterproof and breathable. Later is expanded into other sporting fields.

The Gilet is the same as the above but does not have sleeves and is generally worn to add extra warmth. It has air pockets that trap the warm air next to the body. The colors range from maroon, brown, light blue and royal blue. These are all suitable for men and woman.

In 1978 a garment was made with fleece and the jacket was called The Snug. The company MUSTO was one of the first that bought fleece into the United Kingdom. After that they began to branch off into difference sporting activities, such as shooting and equestrian.

If you do not like having a high collar on your jacket, one can always get a fleece neck tube. They are not expensive and have a composition of 260g polyester fleece. One size fits all and the color is of a light green. Different styles of gloves are available as well, depending on what one will need them for. If it is held up to a naked flame it tends to melt and not burn. It does have some disadvantages: e. G. It doesn't allow for perspiration to pass through and evaporate like wool would. It is not windproof and does tend to create static electricity. This will mean that it will be like a magnet to dust, pet hair and lint. Do not tumble dry it at high temperatures and for some of the cheaper quality it will cause piling.

This is a surface defect on textiles and is not very pleasing to the eye. It occurs while washing and wearing and gives the effect of little balls on the fabric. It creates loose fibers that are pushed to the surface of the material over time. Normally this would happen where the clothing receives the most day to day wear, thighs, collars and cuffs. Fabrics that are most likely to do this are wool, nylon, acrylic and polyester. Some of them will however fall off over time. The longer the fiber the more they will tend to have this characteristic.

Whichever sport you prefer, one always needs to remember to keep ones feet nice and warm as well. Whether you like to wear long or short socks they will provide comfort. They have both natural and synthetic yarns which will ensure that absorption and warmth is provided. When wearing these, they are guaranteed to be comfortable so that you can get on with life.
