Trampoline is an event for both men and women. Athletes are required to take part in high-flying flips on each bounce, also there are some compulsory performances required for each participant. At advanced stages the athletes may perform in pairs at the same time and in synchronized fashion.

The bouncing surface allows the participant to do very complicated twists and flips which makes it more interesting. Two passes must be performed at each stage and each pass includes eight elements.
