Always concentrate on making a consistent pitching motion. In doing this, you cannot waste any energy in throwing hard. This will also increase pitching speed. In winding up, always allow the lead foot to hit the ground. The foot should land at least three to five feet away from the pitching ground, but still, this will depend on the height of the player. In releasing the baseball, shoulders must be parallel to the home plate.

A regular exercise program can also help you improve physical fitness. With this activity, you will be able to throw a baseball harder. Always consult the doctor before engaging into a tedious and rigorous exercise program. Much of the work will be done with the arms. Still, make the legs and upper body strengthened and do not allow your arm to be stressed as well.

Doctors could give out expert advice and will teach you how to handle the situation. Having a day off once in a while can also contribute to becoming fit.
